Timothée Chalamet ‘s “business” earned him a total of $30!

Dune stars Timothée Chalamet and Zendaya were the latest guests on popular YouTuber and Fortnite streamer Nate Hill’s channel. Dune is undoubtedly one of the biggest movies to come out this year, and is crushing it at the box office and HBO Max. Chalamet, known for movies like Little Women, Lady Bird, and Call Me by Your Name plays the lead role. He will be seen next in the origin movie of Chocolate factory owner Willy Wonka, titled Wonka.

But before he got properly into Hollywood, the 25-year-old actor used to be an anonymous YouTuber who had an Xbox modding channel in 2010.

A bit of investigation by Motherboard at Vice pinpointed Chalamet as the faceless owner of a YouTube channel called ModdedController360Motherboard pointed out that it was him by showing a scar on the left ring finger similar to Chalamet’s and a voice similar to his when he appeared in Law & Order in 2009. And during the interview with Nate Hill, he himself admitted that he ran the YouTube channel.

Both Chalamet and Zendaya were discussing their history with games. While speaking about his Call of Duty 4: Modern Warfare days, he spoke about his old business. He used to spray paint controllers and sold them at $10 a piece, and earned a total of $30 in profit.

And the real reason for the interview with Hill? Both Chalamet and Zendaya’s characters Paul and Chani from Dune are now available as playable characters in Fortnite. Chalamet was surprised about this and said it was one of the “trippiest” things he’s seen in his life. The actor has come a long way from spray painting Xbox 360 controllers, and is one of the biggest stars in Hollywood.
