Previously known as the Best Foreign-language Film category, the Best International Feature Film twist its voting rule this year.
The new voting rule announced on Thursday by The Academy Of Motion Picture Arts And Sciences.
According to the new rule, all the academy members can vote for final nominees. The shortlisted movie rise to 10 from 9, from which final 5 will be chosen for an open vote, announced by International Feature Film executive committee co-chairs: Diane Weyerman and Larry Karaszewski.
The members can stream shortlisted films in the academy screening room on its official site. The films were also theatrically screened in New York, Los Angeles, and London, on from January 3 to January 5.
The change in the rule is done due to the speed-up schedule of award function as this time Oscar is taking place weeks earlier than in the past.
The animated films, documentaries, narrative features, and short films are available on the site to vote.

It not only can stream online but the academy also making available the films on the Apple Tv and its app Apple Tv 4k app. One can also enter the screening room from the Apple Tv app.
The 92nd Oscar is set to approach on February 9th, 2020.
