Snyder’s Justice League Cut Fan-Made Teaser Sheds Light Over Superman

Since the Hype Engine has been released for Zack Snyder’s cut of the Justice League, all attention is on the hero that was compromised the most- Superman

Let’s face it; 2017’s Justice League was a disastrous movie, and it showed a lot of promise too. The original director Zack Snyder stepped down from the director’s chair after constant disputes with Warner Bros. and due to his daughter’s suicide. One reason for his clash with WB is said to be because WB wanted a lighter, less gritty version of the Justice League and it became evident that they were trying to be like The Avengers. In Zack Snyder’s Man of Steel and Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice, we get to see the dark reality of a world with superheroes.

Inorder to bring a lighter tone to the movie, WB brought in The Avengers director Joss Whedon and did many reshoots that changed the overall tone of the movie. The result wasn’t pretty.

Finally some good news

In 2021, we will be getting to see Zack Snyder’s version of Justice League on HBO Max. While no re-shoots will be done for it, the original cast will still be providing their voices for some ADR work.

A new trailer has been made by fans as well which highlights the hero that was turned into a meme in the Joss Whedon version – Superman. Batman was also pretty much a joke in that, but Superman has gone more humiliation as they had to CGI out Henry Cavill’s moustache which made his whole face look weird. In the Snyder cut, we will also be seeing Superman’s black suit and their biggest enemy yet: Darkseid.

Let’s all wait for 2021 and see Cavill’s original performance and the new, darker elements. We can guarantee that it will be better than the theatrical version.
