With the success of the new movies, it won’t be surprising to see another part
Ever since Jake Kasdan’s Jumanji: Welcome to the Jungle and Jumanji: The Next Level went to become greatly successful, reports started coming in for a third part. It’s tentatively titled ‘Jumanji 4’ as it’s the fourth movie in the series, if you count the 1995 movie starring Robin Williams.

The movie was inspired from the 1981 book of the same name written by Chris Van Allsburg. It quickly became a favourite with the children as there were a lot of animals and adventurous moments that made the book a page turner. An animated series was also made in 1996.
When will Jumani 4 release?
As mentioned, a fourth movie is very likely to happen, but an official date has not been given, nor have the actors confirmed it. Jumanji: Welcome to the Jungle released in December 13, 2017 and Jumanji: The Next Level followed in December 20, 2019. Therefore, the next movie can come out in December 2021. Collider has reported that pre production on the movie had started but came to a halt when the coronavirus pandemic made things difficult. It will be resuming once things get better.

The fourth movie will be delving more into how the video game is affecting the real world. We see New Girl actor Lamorne Morris fall into Spencer’s basement, from the game world. So events similar to that are going to happen.
The expected cast members would be the same from the new movies, like Dwayne ‘The Rock’ Johnson, Karen Gillan, Kevin Hart, and Jack Black. New characters can be included as that was the tradition in the previous movies. We will have to wait for more news to come.
