The anime joins the long list of shows and movies that got pushed due to the raging pandemic
Is It Wrong to Try to Pick Up Girls in a Dungeon? had been a success so far and it’s it’s second season came out in 2019 after two long years, along with its very own movie too. But we will now have to wait patiently for the third season as it’s release has been affected due to the coronavirus pandemic. At the end of season two, the studio teased that season three will be releasing in summer 2020, but with all that’s going on, the show’s official Twitter handle stated that the release date has been pushed.

Is It Wrong to Try to Pick Up Girls in a Dungeon? season 3 had originally scheduled for July this year, and the studio is now looking to release it in October, along with the rest of the Fall 2020 anime releases. But even this date has not been set in stone, as we cannot determine if the situation will be improving by then or not. Once a decision is made, fans will be informed by the studio.
Regarding the plot, it has been kept closely under wraps,for anime watchers of course! Manga readers always know what’s about to come. The anime, known as Danmachi in Japanese released its first teaser in March and from the looks of it, things are looking more dark this season. While waiting around is annoying, it’s good to know that all the cast and crew are safe.
