It is World Mental Health Day, and to assure you to stay calm and to get help in need, Prince Harry and Ed Sheeran are here to talk about mental illness. Today Ed Sheeran and Prince Harry have released a collaborative charity video on social media to discuss the ways one can get help when they are feeling mentally ill.
This charity video was shared on Ed Sheeran’s official Instagram account, teddysphotos, and also on the official Instagram account of the Duke and the Duchess of Sussex.
The two Instagram accounts have shared the same caption that said that both Prince Harry and Ed Sheeran want to ensure that everyone looks after themselves, not only today but every day in their lives.
The caption added that there is no need to suffer in silence and that it was absolutely fine if one shares how they are feeling.

Myself and Prince Harry, want to ensure that not just today but every day, you look after yourself, your friends and those around you. There’s no need to suffer in silence – share how you’re feeling, ask how someone is doing and listen for the answer, be willing to ask for help when you need it, and know that we are all in this together Check out the accounts below for more resources and support – @Heads_Together @Calmzone @MentalHealthFoundation @CharityNoPanic @SamaritansCharity @YoungMindsUK @GiveUsAShoutInsta @Childline_official @LetsTalkAboutMentalHealth @Jedfoundation @Pandas_UK @Charitysane @MindCharity @TimeToChangeCampaign @RethinkMentalIllness @MentalHealthMates @ActionHappiness @MHFAEngland @DitchTheLabel @TheBlurtFoundation
As the video starts playing, Ed Sheeran is seen talking about how happy he is that he has got the opportunity to work with Prince Harry on such a sensitive topic, such as mental illness.
When Ed Sheeran goes to meet Prince Harry in a royal house that supposedly belongs to Princess Eugenie, according to the reports, Prince Harry greets Ed Sheeran with a joke saying that it is more like looking in the mirror than meeting someone else.
Ed Sheeran and Prince Harry then go on to crack a joke about both of them being ginger, as Ed Sheeran makes himself comfortable, and as he takes his seat, he opens up a PowerPoint presentation that is titled “Gingers Unites.”
The Duke and the Duchess of Sussex are popularly known for being vocal about mental health and mental illness. Both Meghan Markle and Prince Harry have been supporting various charities that boost mental health and help someone in need of help.
