Justin Timberlake has been mending fences with wife Jessica Biel after photos emerged of him holding hands with co-star Alisha Wainwright in November 2019. The two were shooting for an American football drama called Palmer in New Orleans and play lovers on screen.
Taking it slow
Justin and Jessica gave been taking matters in a day to day ordeal, but a source told Us Weekly that Biel was still upset with her husband. The source added that there are times when they have a great day and then there are times they will be arguing.
The couple is also undergoing therapy and Timberlake is making a lot of efforts to win his wife’s trust back. The source said that Biel is trying to move on as well and working on it.
The couple are parents to 4-year-old Silas, and have been under a lot of scrutiny over the incident. Many are saying that the singer is reverting back to his old behaviour which was how he and Biel ended up together in 2011.
Biel and Timberlake have been making efforts to downplay the whole thing so as to not cause any further headlines and have been laughing it off as if it was not such a big deal. Other sources say that what happened between Timberlake and Wainwright was just harmless flirting and was not anything serious. Many have been saying that Justin was drunk and got carried away. But they did say that it was inappropriate.
Timberlake himself addressed the issue and said he felt guilty about it and apologised on social media to his fans and to his family for putting them through something embarrassing.
