Gigi and Bella Hadid’s Dad Mohamed Hadid doesn’t have the money to demolish his illegally constructed 30,000 sq. feet Bel Air mansion!

Supermodels father’s property sued

Gigi and Bella Hadid real-estate tycoon father Mohamed Hadid sued by his neighbor for his illegal hillside mansion which also happens to be made in an unstable way.

He was also ordered by California Judge to demolish the most controversial property.

Hadid doesn’t have a penny for further demolition

After the court order, Mohamed Hadid began dismantling his 30,000 sq. foot property but now he said that he no longer has the funds for its further demolition.

His lawyer Bruce Rudman told the LA court, Judge Craig Karlen, that his client Hadid does not have any money left to continue the demolition. He can’t even afford to give a $500,000 fee to the receiver.

His opposition denied Rudman’s statement given to the court. He said if Hadid is capable enough to buy a million-dollar mansion in Beverly hills then how come he could not arrange a 500k fee?

The judge has already objected to Hadid’s Mansion structure

Craig Karlen said seeing Hadid’s illegally made third floor and a pool deck that if anyhow the building slides down it would definitely do severe damage to other properties as the mansion structure is not safely made.

He also raised the question of what would happen if there was a 6.0 earthquake.
