18-year-old who was found guilty for stabbing pleads NOT guilty and Khaseen Morris’ family is ready for long court battle!

Tyler Flach was arrested with the charges of stabbing a teenage boy to the death of a 16-year-old in Oceanside High School pleaded not guilty inside the Mineola Courtroom on Thursday morning.

According to the reports from the police, in the murder of the 16-year-old teenage boy, there were a total of eight teenagers who were completely involved in the act and all the eight members were arrested for the brawl. The police have revealed that a 16-year-old teenage boy was Khaseen Morris. Tyler Flach, 18-years-old, by the grand jury, was indicted on gang assault, murder, and a few other charges.

A video that has captured the stabbing of Khaseen Morris has become the prime witness for this murder. Prosecutors believe that Khaseen Morris was stabbed by Tyler Flach in a parking lot located close to Oceanside High School. Detectives have informed that Tyler Flach and several other teenagers have come to the shopping center the day Khaseen Morris was murdered to confront him about a girl.

Edward Sapone, an attorney from Tyler Flach side reflected that there has been a rush while arresting and judging his client. While talking about how his client not guilty, Edward Sapone said that they have already hired a team of investigators out there to know more about the incident. He added that they have spoken to many witnesses present at the incident. He said he was very sure that there is another side to this story.

Whereas, Khaseen Morris’ family said that they do not believe Edward Sapone’s story and that they are ready to go on a long court battle if it means to bring justice to their brother, Khaseen Morris.

The seven other teenagers excluding Tyler Flach who have allegedly participated in the brawl the day Khassen Morris was murdered were also going to face charges.
