We are only hours away from the massive release
GOT7’s BamBam started trending after he dropped a teaser on December 13 at midnight KST. He revealed that it was for his next single “Who Are You,” which also features Red Velvet’s Seulgi. He has now released some images of the two posing together clad in white, and revealed that the song will be out on December 28th at 6 pm KST.
Month-long promotions
BamBam had been teasing his new song since December 13th with new concept photos. The first featured him in a sleeveless white top. Next came pictures of him wearing black, standing next to a woman, also in black and with her back turned. It was revealed on December 17 that it was Seulgi.
Fans of both BamBam and Seulgi were pleasantly surprised to see the two artists collaborating, and even pointed out some similarities they had from the images. In the image shown above, you can see that both artists have a mole below their left eye, and are wearing matching white suits and necklaces as well. It leaves plenty of room to speculate about what the song is going to be.
Recent accomplishments
BamBam had made his solo debut earlier this year with the extended play riBBon, which debuted at the No. 2 spot on the Gaon Weekly Album Chart. The title track ‘riBBon’ also came at No. 17 on Billboard’s World Digital Songs Chart and also came at No. 44 on the Gaon Digital Chart.
On the other hand, Seulgi and her Red Velvet teammates amazed fans with their sixth mini album Queendom, which came out on August 2021. The album debuted at the No. 2 spot for the week of August 15-22, and came at No. 11 on Billboard’s World Album Chart.
