The first season of the mystery teen drama, The Society aired on May 10, 2019. The series revolves around a group of teenagers who get trapped in a mysterious place within their own town with a different timeline.

The story begins when a group of local high school students return early from a cancelled field trip. Soon after, they discover that all the town’s population has disappeared. A thick forest engulfs the town, making the outside world non-existent.

They can contact each other by the use of cellphones. However, they are electronically cut off from the rest of the world.
The first season ends with memorial plaque listing the missing teenagers’ names in West Ham.

What is in store for season 2?

In the second season of The Society, the protagonist Allie and Will could find themselves in extreme danger.

Further, Campbell, Lexie, and Harry’s alliance is likely fall apart. The trio had initially teamed up to seize authority but they don’t trust each other at all, which might lead to their downfall in Season 2.
