The Story

Nier: Automata

The anime will tell the story of androids 2B, 9S, and A2 as they fight to gain power in the dystopian, machine-run hell that they’re forced to live in. Humanity has been driven away, and machines, far superior in strength and intellect, have taken over. To reclaim their lost homes, humans hatch a last-ditch plan of sending a force of android soldiers to reclaim the stolen lands from the invaders.
