Sticker is now the only K-pop album that has been in the list for 11 consecutive weeks. This makes NCT 127 the third K-pop band to have an album chart for 11 consecutive weeks, after BTS and BLACKPINK, who had achieved this feat in the past years. When the album released in September, it debuted at the 3rd spot, and remained in Billboard’s main albums chart in the weeks that followed, which is impressive on its own. Their title track, “Sticker,” got the 18th position on Billboard’s Hot Trending Songs.

Sticker‘s other achievements include: No. 3 on Billboard’s World Albums chart, No. 12 on Independent Albums chart, No. 21 on the Top Current Album Sales chart, and No. 27 on the Top Album Sales chart as well.

You might’ve seen NCT 127’s recent song “Earthquake,” as part of their upcoming album Universe. Despite being relatively small, at just 2:38, the song featured some excellent choreography, set pieces, costumes, and a whole lot of energy.

Their agency SM Entertainment said that the main point for the upcoming album, which is their 3rd, will be the emotion expressed through each member’s vocals. “Earthquake” was a contrast to NCT Dream’s recent song, “Dreaming.” The latter was a soft ballad, and focused more on the calming and relaxing side than releasing energy.

Universe will be dropping on December 14, so stay tuned.
