It was a big panel, and consisted of four voice actors from the movie. This included Megumi Ogata, who voiced the protagonist Yuta Okkotsu and Kana Hanazawa, who voiced his childhood friend-turned-curse Rika Orimoto. Yuichi Nakamura, voice of Satoru Gojou, and Takahiro Sakurai, who voices Suguru Geto, were also present.

The panel also unveiled the official art of Yuta and Rika’s Curse. It was drawn in celebration of the movie’s massive success. After all, Jujutsu Kaisen 0 was the highest grossing film of 2021. It earned 10.4 billion yen ($90 million USD) in Japan. It’s set to arrive in North America on March 13.

MAPPA

We won’t delve into spoiler territory, but season 2 of JJK will likely adapt the Shibuya Incident arc. The manga has completed it, but the toll it took on the characters is still present. So you know that something big is going to go down, and things will be changed forever.

Studio MAPPA is at the helm, just like season 1 and the movie. One of the best animation studios in the industry, MAPPA is currently busy with the final season of Attack on Titan. There are a slew of other projects as well, which could be why JJK received a 2023 release. Many fans are optimistic and believing that it will be in the Winter 2023 schedule. This could mean that season 2 will arrive as soon as January.
