A new report suggest that the actor is no longer part of other projects
Ezra Miller has become such a menace, that at this point, one might assume that he has been corrupted by the Reverse Flash. Jokes aside, the actor’s career that was hanging by a thread seems to have snapped once and for all. They will be seen as Barry Allen in The Flash, arriving on June 23, 2023. The movie also stars Sasha Calle as Supergirl, and Ben Affleck and Michael Keaton as Batman.
Ezra Miller Arrests And Other Incidents
Ezra Miller had been causing trouble in Hawaii earlier this year, and he got arrested twice in the process. The charges were second-degree assault both times. But then it got worse. The actor has been accused of grooming and supplying drugs to an 18-year-old. The child’s family filed paperwork asking a judge to issue an order of protection against Ezra Miller, both for menacing against the family, and behaving inappropriately to the nonbinary teen.
Aside from that, Miller mocked the authorities through their Instagram stories, before deleting the account entirely.
Warner Bros.’ Decision
We are still one year away from The Flash, but Warner Bros. has started discussing the future of the franchise. Things are looking bad for Miller. Deadline reported that the studio had apparently tried getting help for the actor, but with the cases piling up, it would be better to cut all ties with him. Whether they turn a new leaf or not, Ezra Miller will have no future with the DCEU.
Since there is a year left, WB can reshoot the finale, and make it in such a way that Barry leaves, bringing in a new character as the Flash, such as Wally West or Bart Allen.
