One Piece is a Japanese manga series which is written and illustrated by Eiichiro Oda. Since 1997, the graphics comic is broadcasting in Shueisha’s Weekly Shōnen Jump magazine and has been collected into 94 book volumes. The popularity of this comic series soon took it to the television sets of people when it was developed into an animated series in 1999, and it has aired more than 900 episodes since then.

As per the spoilers and leaked images that are going around the internet, the turning point of the upcoming chapter is out. And it’s the most awaited ad epic clash between the two legends, Roger and Whitebeard. Yes, chapter 966 will feature a showdown between the Pirate King and Strongest man in the world.

This might be the first time when viewers will witness Whitebeard fighting in his prime.

The ending of 965 had left fans rather curious as it hinted about the great battle between the two. It had also featured the births of Kozuki Momonosuke, and Kozuki Hiyori’s on Whitebeard’s pirate ship Moby Dick. It had set the base for a meeting between the two legends, and Roger’s curiosity to fight Whitebeard. However, fans might not get to see a full-fledged fight just yet, which could be a bummer for them.

In the upcoming chapter, we will witness Oden joining Roger Pirates, and Lady Toki joining Roger Pirates along with Oden with Momonosuke and Hiyori. There will be another time-skip flashback where Oden and Rogen will visit Skypeia Island

Raw Scans

According to the raw scan spoilers, chapter 966 has been titled “Roger and Whitebeard.” The cover page illustrates about Chiffon. It shows that Chiffon has been arrested in the hair salon by the Marines.

There is another raw scan implying a possible faceoff between shanks and Teach. We might finally get to see how Shanks got his scar from Teach.

Also, Mangastream has announced the shutdown of scanlation services promote the legal method of reading manga. So, much to fans’ disappointment, early scans of One Piece won’t be released now.

Release

One Piece Chapter 966 will officially be released on December 22, 2019. The scans will be out on December 20, 2019.
