In case you’re wondering, no iPhones will be there
Apple’s anticipated fall event will be on September 15, but this one will be different from what has happened so far.

But for those waiting for new iPhones, sadly there doesn’t look like any phones will be arriving this year. Apple has already stated that iPhones won’t be going on sale during the September period. But still, there are some pretty cool things to check out. Of course, this event is going looking to be a video presentation as gathering is still prohibited due to COVID-19, and will be presented like June’s Worldwide Developers Conference.
The Items
Apple’s new “Time Flies” slogan suggests that there’s going to be a new Apple Watch coming. Developer Guilherme Rambo found out the metadata for the YouTube page for the event had the phrase “Series 6,” which seemed to hint that the Apple Watch Series 5 will be getting a successor.
The watch offers many health related features, and references to blood oxygen monitoring were found in coded versions of the early version of iOS 14. We already know that watchOS 7 has features like sleep tracking, new customizable watchfaces, and an app called “Fitness.”
There’s also a rumour that Apple will release a new low cost watch that will replace the Series 3, which costs $199. Details of its specs haven’t been revealed yet.

The iPad Air will be redesigned and will getting an edge-to-edge screen like the iPad Pros, according to Bloomberg. That means the current design of having bezels at the top and bottom, and a button for Touch ID will all be changed. This means the Pro’s gesture based navigation can appear on the Air as well. The new iPad Air’s arrival will determine the release of iOS 14 and iPadOS 14.
