The Robertsons will now be accommodating a new duckling to their fold
Bella Robertson, the 18-year-old granddaughter of Duck Dynasty patriarch Phil Robertson made a major announcement on Saturday – that she was engaged to her boyfriend Jacob Mayo, whom she started dating six months ago.
She took to Instagram to reveal the happy news with a black and white photo of themselves, and a caption saying she was thankful for being able to spend the rest of their lives together.

Bella is the daughter of Willie Robertson and his wife of 28 years, Korie. They were 19 and 18 respectively when they got married in 1992.
Mayo also shared the news after proposing to Bella, captioning it “Engaged!” He went on to talk about her being his best friend and the one he can lean on to without any problem or judgement. He also stated that she loves him unconditionally whether he’s doing what she likes or not.
The couple had celebrated their six month anniversary earlier this November. Bella’s mom Korie also posted a bunch of family photos on her official page to celebrate Jacob’s entry into their closely woven family.
Bella’s sister Sadie, 23, who had recently caught the coronavirus, also shared the news on her page, saying how her little sister is already engaged and that she thought she was still 7. She also said she was thankful for welcoming a good man like Jacob into their family. She said that Bella will be the most incredible wife, and said 2021 will be a great year for their family.
Sadie has a surprise of her own. She had her husband Christian Huff are expecting their first child. They got married a year ago.
