He’s going to be back in business sooner than you expect

The Boss Baby was a 2017 DreamWorks animated movie that released in 2017 that starred Alec Baldwin in the lead role. The movie became a big hit with the youngsters and a follow-up was soon announced. But instead of a sequel movie that animated movies usually do, we got a series of it called The Boss Baby: Back in Business which first aired on April 6, 2018.

Based on the book by Marla Frazee just like the movie, the series follows the daily life of the talking baby. It’s signature toilet humour and big reception has got it renewed for a second, a third, and now a fourth season. It also got nominated for a Kids’ Choice Award.

The release date


Season 3 arrived earlier this year on March 16, 2020 on its official streaming platform Netflix. It was released in its entirety and consisted of 11 episodes that are 25 minutes each. It managed to keep its popularity and viewership as strong as before and since it still had things unfinished, the next season will be picking up from where it left off. We will be seeing more obstructions that comes in the way of baby love in Babydom.

Season 4 will be releasing in November 17, 2020 and so far only one episode has been listed. This might mean that it won’t get released in its entirety like season 3. But we will see if any changes happen. The entire cast from season 3 will be returning to reprise their roles.

One more interesting thing. The official sequel for the 2017 movie called The Boss Baby: Family Business will be releasing on 26 March 2021. Alec Baldwin, along with the rest of the cast members will be returning to play their roles in this movie as well. Make sure you don’t miss it!
