Stranger Things Reveals Script Cover and Episode Title of Season 5

Take one last trip to the Upside Down

It is Stranger Things Day again, and to top off the celebrations, Netflix’s Twitter account has revealed the title for the first episode of Stranger Things Season 5. This has been a tradition of the heavyweight series, and we had received the first episodes such as “The Vanishing of Will Byers,” “MADMAX,” “Suzie, Do You Copy?” and Season 4’s “The Hellfire Club” in the past.

The first episode of Stranger Things Season 5 is called “Chapter One: The Crawl.” The show keeps up with its traditions, and it has been written by series creators Matt and Ross Duffer. The title, “The Crawl,” is a more vague title than the first episodes of the previous seasons, except maybe for “Mad Max.”

The Duffer Brothers and the rest of the cast and crew are keeping things only to themselves, but they did promise that the series will be going “100 miles an hour from the beginning,” meaning there are likely going to be fewer events leading up to the big reveals, but the big events straight away.

During promotions for season 4, the Duffer Brothers said that during season4, the gang was split up, with the story taking place in Hawkins, California, and Russia. However, season 5 will be primarily in Hawkins, along with the town’s mirrored version in the Upside Down.
