Griselda Blanco was one of the biggest and most powerful players in the Colombian drug empire. She was known as known as La Madrinathe Black Widow, the Cocaine Godmother and the Queen of Narco-Trafficking. She had transported cocaine from Colombia to the United States from the 1980s to the early 2000s. She also became the first-ever billionaire female criminal and was responsible for the death of 200 people.

Blanco was a member of the Medellín Cartel, the organization founded by Escobar. She is also credited to be the person who gave the idea of drug smuggling to Escobar. She was shot and killed at the age of 69 in 2012.

In the image, we can see Sofia Vergara giving a tough stare at the camera while smoking a cigarette. Her appearance has been significantly altered with the help of prosthetics, which brings a more menacing expression to the otherwise funny and much-adored actress. Vergara is also producing the series.
