Marvel’s ultimate show “Agents of SHIELD” has a long way since it was initial release in 2013. Marvel’s Agents of SHIELD was more of a little sibling to the Marvel Cinematic Universe big-screen blockbusters.
From its initial release back in 2013, over six years Agents of SHIELD has unshackled itself from the MCU big-screen films. Though, the show still hasn’t featured the famous Thanos snap from Avengers: Infinity War, it was announced that Agents of SHIELD is no hurry to explore the snapping and more or less departed from the movies’ storytelling.
Marvel’s Agents of SHIELD has carved out its own compelling corner of Marvel’s empire. Most of the main characters from the show are going to have a come back in the seventh season. Ming-Na Wen, Henry Simmons, Natalia Cordova-Buckley, Chloe Bennet, Jeff Ward, Elizabeth Henstridge, and Ian De Caestecker are in for the comeback, and Marvel fans can rest assured that the most characters are still in play.
Though the role that was played by Clark Gregg is still questioned, his previous role, Phil Coulson, has died at the end of season 5. But Clark Gregg has returned back to Agents of SHIELD yet in another role, the mercenary Sarge. The striking resemblance between the characters Phil Coulson and the mercenary Sarge are yet to be disclosed, and fans are really hoping to see the theory behind it.
Though Clark Gregg’s involvement in Agents of SHIELD season 7 is currently doubtful fans are plenty sure that he is going to be seen either as mercenary Sarge or Phil Coulson.
The filming of season 7 of Agents of SHIELD has begun in February 2019. Though the sixth season of Agents of SHIELD is still being aired, fans are still excited about the season 7.
Some rumors are going around saying the season 7 of Agents of SHIELD is going to be the last. Though this was not officially confirmed by Marvel Studios.
