Well, At last, it’s confirmed that “The Sandman” is going to be on Netflix and it looks like Neil Gaiman is pretty hyped about the show as the author of “American Gods” which was also adapted as a Netflix series seems very passionate about the whole thing.
The series hasn’t announced any kind of official date regarding the release of the series but as the writer of the show Neil Gaiman has confirmed then it’s pretty much true that the show is going to happen.
Vice President of Netflix Channing Dungey seems to be very happy as he said that “It’s pretty awesome to have a team of Neil Gaiman, David S. Goyer, Allan Heinberg who are going to bring back the iconic comic back”.
The cast is not confirmed as the previous attempts of selecting actors for this series resulted in failures and with that being said the search is still on deciding who is going to be there in the series.
The story seems to be pretty exciting as it will include excerpts of many of the parts which are being said going to include their at the series but it will be starting from the Lord of Dreams and going to follow up from there.
So, let’s keep our fingers crossed and just hope for the best and being Neil as the writer it’s pretty sure the series going to be a great hit as the comics were quite an epic down the corner as it had around 75 editions which could result in making the show great but as for now, we just have to wait for the Sandman to bring all the fun.
As the comic itself is pretty funny and with all the dark things going around a little bit of fun is what the audience wants.
