Pawel Pawlikowski Brings Joaquin phoenix & Rooney Mara for “The Island”
Director, Screen Writer and Filmmaker Pawel Pawlikowski, known for the “Cold war”, “Ida” and “my summer of love” is casting Joaquin Phoenix along with his wife Rooney Mara. The film will show us betrayal, jealousy and murder which is inspired by true events.
“The Island” Film will be shoot in 2023, and the Hollywood Star couple Phoenix and Mara are featuring Main Lead roles as an 1930’s American couple. The Dramatic Story is actually based on some true incidents.
The Island based on true incidents
In a statement Glen Basner CEO of film Nation said that Mr. Pawel Pawlikowski is one of the best filmmakers in the world, and his new film “The Island” story based on true incidents which is about betrayal, jealousy and deaths is all what amuses the audience which can move them to the Cinemas.
The story follows an American couple who escape and move to their own paradise in a deserted island. Both were living their happy lives together, but a millionaire changes their life by turning them into a newspaper sensation, later a third person comes in their life a countess who decides to build a Hotel on the Island.
After the arrival of a third person the couple starts having conflicts between them which leads to insecurity, jealousy and trust issues between each other, as a result betrayal and murder takes place among the people living in the Island.
The Film will be directed and written by Pawel Pawlikowski, Tanya Seghatchian and John Woodward are the Producers, Mario Gianani and Lorenzo Gangarossa are co-producing, while Reno Antoniades is the Executive Producer of the film.
