Netflix on Monday announced in a press release that Action RPG “Dragon’s Dogma” is getting its own anime series. It is soon going to be released on the streaming giant. The Netflix anime series will be produced in partnership with sublimation, Inc.
The RPG “Dragon’s Dogma” was first released by Capcom back in 2012. It was launched for PlayStation 3 and Xbox 360.
The game itself was quite popular among various platforms including PlayStation 4, Xbox One, and PC “Dragon’s Dogma: Dark Arisen” is likewise going to the Nintendo Switch one month from now.
Dragon’s Dogma, of course, is one of the popular ventures of Capcom’s well-received action RPG that was initially propelled back in 2012. A Switch version of the same is due to be out in April.
When it comes to the fans of RPG they will be able to witness the anime version of their favourite. The mainstream game’s anime version will soon be out there for all.
The press release itself didn’t exactly reveal a release date of the series. Yet few details regarding were also revealed about the anime series itself, but we do know it will be cel-shaded animations, which can greatly give the animation the lifetime appearance of being one of the best in the competition out there.
Netflix is collaborating with CG company Sublimation. The press release for the same anime series: “Based on a world-famous action RPG set in an open world, ‘Dragon’s Dogma’ from Capcom will be brought to life as a Netflix original anime series,”.
“The story follows a man’s journey seeking revenge on a dragon who stole his heart. On his way, the man is brought back to life as an ‘Arisen’. An action-adventure about a man challenged by demons who represent the seven deadly sins of humans.”
