Kate Hudson wows the fans with her cover of 7 Rings
How to Lose a Guy in 10 days actress Kate Hudson recently visited The Tonight show with Jimmy Fallon. And what happened there is taking over the internet by storm.
On the That’s my Jam section of the show, the American actress put her own twist to the extremely popular Ariana Grande track “7 rings“.
The 42-year-old star received the task of performing a doo-wop version of the 2019 hit. And oh boy did she deliver!
Hudson’s rendition impressed the Grande and the fans
Donning a burgundy long-sleeved top and a matching skirt with floral patterns, it wasn’t just Hudson’s outfit which was stunning. Furthermore, her mindblowing performance took all by surprise too and needless to say, it impressed everyone .
When the Fool’s Gold star re-shared a video of her performance on Instagram, the comments section was immediately flooded with prasies and appreciation.
The original 7 Rings creator commented “stunning perfect gorgeous”. Additionally, Grande suggested that these version needs to be available on all streaming services.
Oh, we definitely second that Ariana!
It wasn’t just Grande who was impressed. Drew Barrymore commented on the post too, appreciating Hudon’s wonderful singing. Fashion desginer Rachel Zoe requested her to make an album for instance.
Also, actress and dancer Jenna Dewan showed her support, adding that she had watched the video 10 times already.
This isn’t a debut of Hudon’s singing skills
We would be totally lying if we say this is the first time Kate flaunted her incredible voice on camera. The Bride Wars actress showcased her talent in many projects previously including multiple episodes of Glee, 2009 musical movie Nine and the 2021 Sia’s film Music.
She also shared a video on Instagram singing Alicia Keys song Girl on Fire with her 3-year-old daughter Rani Rose.
We sure hope to get to experience many such incredible performances in the future. Who knows, we might even see an album if we are lucky!
