Kandi Burruss welcomes her third child
The Real Housewife Of Atlanta star Kandi Burruss, 43 and husband Todd Tucker, 46 shared the big news of welcoming her baby girl through surrogacy with her fans through text.
She added a picture of her baby girl and written: “I’m so thankful to add another healthy, beautiful baby girl to the family“.
The baby name Blaze Tucker, who weighed 8 lbs, 1 oz, born at 6:54 p.m on Friday.
The couple decided to get the surrogate child due to Kandi’s chronic surgery concerns. They were concerned about the baby’s health.
Earlier also the duo said they were expecting twins through IVF but one of them died in the womb. After this, Kandi became upset but healed soon realizing that the other one is still healthy.
This is the second child of the couple
The couple who was married in 2014, shared the news this year that they were expecting a child through surrogacy.
Kandi and Todd shared a three-year-old boy, Ace Wells Tucker together. This is the second child of the duo.
Kandi also has a 17-year-old daughter, Riley Burruss, with her ex-boyfriend Russell Spencer.
It was a tough Decision for Kandi
There You Go, songwriter, earlier shared that the decision of surrogacy is a tough decision to make.
Kandi said it was odd to allow someone to carry your child.
She also took the advice of new dad Andy Cohen, who welcomes his son through a surrogate.
Kandi shared her fear with Cohen saying she would ‘have a baby mama’. Cohen told her to never say like that as she is the only mother of the child. Cohen’s comment helped Kandi to feel better.
