Halle Berry at 53 proves that age is just a number; The actress flaunts her six-pack abs on Instagram as she prepares for MMA fighter role in upcoming movie ‘Bruised’!!!

The Oscar-winning actress and an Emmy award winner Halle Berry knows how to amaze her fans, whether be it from her acting skills or her recent fitness goals.

Recently the 53-year-old shared her ripped six-pack abs on Instagram, making it her fitness Friday goal.

She captioned that she was working for it for the past many months and eventually succeeded.

But this time she was making her abs for her upcoming movie ‘Bruised‘, in which she is making her directional debut.

Bruised is based on martial arts, which made Berry sweat out more in the gym. But Berry proved that age is just a number, and once you decide to do something then will only stop after completing it. 

She is also starring in the film, in the lead role of Jackie Justice, who is a former MMA fighter. Her film production will start in 2020.
