The plot of the show is based on the life of the poet Emily Dickinson. The viewers will get to experience the world of Emily. They will get to experience societal constraints like society, family, and gender from her imaginative perspective.

Death is played by Rapper Wiz Khalifa and the soundtrack of the show is filled with chartbusters artists like Billie Eilish.

The official world premiere of the show is set to take place in a few weeks. Steinfeld said, “It truly reflects everything that’s in her poetry, which is everything there is to feel. The music was one thing that stood out to me about this project.” She added, “or me, what’s special has been working with Apple and Apple Music.”

Hailee also said that she is extremely proud of the music that she has made. Also, after playing the character, she is now more confident about her writing and her art.

The creator of the show, Alena Smith said that liberties had to be taken with the life of the poet to keep the viewer grabbed.
