FAST AND FURIOUS -9
An American movie franchise, which was first released in the year 2001, Fast and Furious, is a fan-favorite franchise that has completed eight installments. The ninth one is on its way. The franchise is based on a series of action films involving street racing, spies, friendship, brotherhood, and many more. The franchise is also one of the highest-earning franchises in cinema history.
FAST AND FURIOUS – 9 CAST
Almost everybody who has been in a cast, in the previous version of the movie, will be returning for the ninth installment. Vin Diesel(as Dominic Toretto), Michelle Rodriguez(as Letty Ortiz), Tyrese Gibson(as Roman Pearce), Nathalie Emmanuel(as Ramsey), Sung Kang(as Han Lue) are all returning for the upcoming ninth movie of the franchise.
The new casting for the upcoming movie includes John Cena, who will be playing the role of Jakob Toretto. He is playing the role of Dom and Mia’s Brother. The other new castings include Hellen Mirren, Charlize Theron, Cardi B, Anna Sawai, and Michael Rooker. But, nothing is known about their roles in the upcoming movie.
FAST AND FURIOUS -9 PLOT
The Fast and Furious nine trailer was released on January 31. According to the trailer, it is very clear that Jakob Toretto is all set to appear as a villain in the upcoming movie. Cipher, who is Dominic’s enemy, takes Jakob’s help to fulfill a personal grudge against Dominic and his team. A major twist for the upcoming movie is that Han(played by Sung Kang) is back. The trailer reveals pretty much about the upcoming movie Fast and Furious 9.
The popular and fan-favorite character of the Fast and Furious franchise, Han(played by Sung Kang), was absent from the F&F franchise for a long time. The #JusticeForHan campaign became very popular that the showrunners had to finally decide to give him a comeback for the 9th version of Fast and Furious. “It feels like I’m going back to a family reunion,” was Han’s comment about this.
FAST AND FURIOUS RELEASE DATE
All the shooting procedures of the film are over, and the film is expected to hit theatres on May 22, 2020, but it looks like because of coronavirus the dates also got postponed to 2 April 2021!!
