Will Forte and Lana Condor to Join the Cast of ‘Coyote Vs Acme’

The MacGruber actor Will Forte and To All the Boys I’ve Loved Before actor Lana Condor are both ready to join John Cena in their upcoming film ‘Coyote Vs Acme.’ Dave Green will direct this Warner Bros’ Looney Tunes animated hybrid. And Samy Burch will write the screenplay. The film will centre Wile E. Coyote, who decides to hire a lawyer to sue ACME Corporation. He does so after their products fail him time and again. While Coyote and the lawyer fight against ACME Corporation’s boss, they develop a genuine bond.

The Cast

John Cena will play the bad guy and the former boss of the lawyer. Forte will play the lawyer. Details about Lana Condor’s character are still under the wraps. The film is rumoured to be based on a comic release in 1990, by by Ian Frazier.

This project will begin it’s filming sometime in March of this year. Chris DeFaria and James Gunn will direct this animated hybrid. Gunn and Cena will reunite for ‘Coyote Vs Acme’ after their very successful series “Peacemaker”.

Condor and Forte Are Killing It

Both Condor and Forte have been killing it. The Saturday night live star is currently working on a parody of his show MacGruber. It is likely to premiere in December on Peacock. He also made a comeback to SNL in January. And also recently appeared in The Afterparty, a murder mystery. He worked with Warner Bros. before for Scooby-Doo: A New Universe. Condor will appear in a romantic comedy “Moonshotopposite Cole Sprouse, to premiere on HBO on March 31.  She also recently appeared in Netflix’s limited series Boo Bitch, serving as an executive producer as well.

The film is set to hit the theatres on July 21, 2023 with more details on their way.
