A Summer Romance, which was earlier named as Dude Ranchstars Ryan Paevey and Erin Krakow in the lead roles. The movie revolves around a pretty, young woman (Erin Krakow) who falls for a real estate developer ( Ryan Paevey) who is keenly interested in buying her family’s picturesque ranch. Ryan Paevey is an American actor and a model. His roles as Nathan West on the soap opera General Hospital gained him his popularity.

Peavy is quite prominent for his characters on the Hallmark channel’s original, Unleashing Mr Darcy, where he played the part of the lead, Mr Darcy. He also got featured in a couple of other Hallmark movies as in Harvest love and Hope at Christmas, both of which are the originals of the channel. Erin Krakow, who is being cast opposite to Paevey, is an American actor and a producer. Krakow is famous for her role as Elizabeth Thatcher Thornton in Hallmark’s When Calls the Heart. Krakow, like Peavy, is a regular face of the Hallmark Channel. In 2016, she featured in Finding Father Christmas. Following this, she held her role firm in the movie’s next two sequels.

In an interview, Ryan came out with the fact that the biggest challenge in the entire shoot was when he and Krakow sat aside each other, and the scene demanded the frogs croaking aloud. The sound of the frogs’ croaks was so loud, according to the actor, that the two had to lip-read while filming their shot. Later on, they dubbed their dialogues in.

The movie is going on air on August 17, 2019, at 9 p.m EST.
