DC character Batman is going through a fantastic phase as we are going to see multiple variations in upcoming movies and shows. And among them is Michael Keaton’s return to the legendary role.

Batgirl’s Michael Keaton recently took to Instagram to share an exciting teaser image of the epic Batman suit. While we don’t get to see Keaton donning the outfit directly, we see his silhouette with the overall cowl and cape.

Fans will get to see Keaton in the upcoming ‘Batgirl’ movie

It’s almost after a decade we will get to see the actor reprising the iconic superhero role in the upcoming movies- Batgirl and The Flash. The actor first appeared as the renowned character in the 1989 film Batman and then again in Batman Returns in 1992.

Recently, several pictures of Keaton surfaced on the Internet and people are already quite excited for his upcoming projects. The pictures showed some behind-the-scenes moments and Michael with younger Commissioner James Gordon (played by JK Simmons). But now after the star posted a sneak peek himself, it’s even better.

Keaton is very excited about the role

We already heard about Keaton appearing in the DC film back in December 2021. Soon after the confirmation came from Batgirl star Leslie Grace when she welcomed the veteran Batman actor to the project. Grace is set to play the role of Batgirl/Barbara Gordon in the film.

While making an appearance on The Jess Cagle Show last year, Keaton expressed his excitement returning to the epic role in The Flash. He added that director Andy Muschietti is absolutely brilliant and it’s fun working with him.

The Flash is set to premiere on November 4 this year. On the other hand, Batgirl has not released a particular release date. But we can expect it to arrive on HBO Max this 2022.
