Demon Slayer is an anime manga and it also broadcasts on Netflix. There are total 26 episodes released on Netflix which came in 2019 now we expect another season in this year. Unfortunately, there is no confirmed release date of the second season yet. However, we expect this second season in December 2020 or in the starting of 2021.
In the first season, we saw Slain and his sister are cursed after a demon attacks the family. Tanjirou is travelling around to find a cure for this curse. Soon he realises it is done by some aliens. Therefore, he wants to take revenge that shot his dad in their presence.
His whole family is dead besides him and his sister Nezuko. Moreover, Nezuko has turned into a demon but understands human emotions and therefore does not attack her brother. He belongs from a very simple family who made their living by selling charcoal in the village at the foot of the mountains. His only motive in his life is to find each and every one of those souls and kill them. Therefore Tanjirou becomes the “Demon Slayer”.
The series not only gained a huge following through Netflix but also has a film coming out known as “Demon Slayer: Infinite Train Arc”

The trailer for this film has been released on YouTube. This anime also received the award for best anime last year. The second season would start where the first season ended. In the last episode of first season named as “New Mission” we saw Muzan Kibutsuji presenting all the lower rank of demons and give a sole task to them who survives. Therefore Tanjirou is all set for his new mission. Now it would be exciting to see what happens in this next mission.
