Post Malone walks into the New Year with huge face tattoo: ‘Gauntlet on the baby boy’
New Year brings lots of new things, new changes. It means new resolutions, new plans and a new tattoo in case of Post Malone. The 24-year-old American rapper, Austin Richard Post, famously known by his stage name Post Malone have always garnered attention with his tattoo and the hip hop artist just got himself inked again on his face before New Year. He isn’t new to face tattoos and flashed his new face tattoo hours before his Dick Clark’s Rockin’ with Ryan Seacrest 2020 New Year Eve’s performance in New York.
The White Iverson singer got himself a suit of armour’s arm holding a medieval weapon.A few hours before the performance, he took Instagram to post a picture of himself flashing his tattoos, captioning, “have a good ass new year.” However, he did not explicitly reveal his new tattoo in the new post either.
Fans got to see the new tattoo only when his ink artist, Kyle Hediger showed off the complete tattoo in his Instagram post, “Last tattoo of 2019. Gauntlet on the baby boy @postmalone love u. 2020 is going to be next level. Love you all.”
Talking to TMZ about the new tattoo, he told that the inking hurts like a motherf—-r. Explaining about his tattoo, he said, “it’s like a gauntlet and a flail… it’s like a big spiked ball on a chain, it’s pretty brutal.” Malone revealed that the tattoo had been on his mind for a while, and ultimately, he just decided to get done with it. When queried if he will get more ink, the rapper joked that he has “a face for radio” and confirmed that he will definitely get more in the future as well.
