Chemistry between Kim Hye Yoon and Taecyeon in Royal Secret Inspector Joy is a treat to watch!
2PM’ Taecyeon and Kim Hye Yoon’ chemistry is clearly visible in their new first look photoshoot for their upcoming tvN drama “Royal Secret Inspector Joy.” Two of them aesthetically posed in cosy fall outfits during the photoshoot which revealed their adorable chemistry.
Taecyeon and Kim Hye Yoon’ upcoming historical comedy drama follows the life of Ra Yi Eon and Kim Jo Yi. Yi Eon is a young gourmand, appointed a royal secret inspector. On the other hand Jo Yi is a divorced woman searching for happiness in life. She ends up joing the secret force with Yi Eon to investigate and fight corruption.
Sneak peeks of the drama
Earlier on 14th October, “Royal Secret Inspector Joy” revealed some sneak peeks of Kim Hye Yoon as her character.
Those stills shows us how Jo Yi struggles after marrying a mama boy and eventually declaring divorce. And now she wants ‘butterfly’ shaped piece of cloth cut off from her spouses ‘jeogori’ which symbolize divorce. While in another still she is holding her clenched fists with a happy expression.
Insight of characters
The actress said that she liked Jo Yi’ confident personality which makes her seem like a modern woman. She really wanted to play the character. She was impressed by the bright and confident side of Jo Yi who does not hesitate to find her own happiness.
Taecyeon said that he is satisfied that ‘hanbok’ suits him well. He also added that as “Royal Secret Inspector Joy” is his first historical drama he is doing a lot of research to be able to express himself naturally in every way.
