The star had some not-so-sweet things to say to her youngest son
Britney Spears is far from being free of the turmoil within her family. This time, the singer is proclaiming her love, but arguing with her son Jayden James Federline via a lengthy post on Instagram. Let’s take a look at what happened.
What Jayden Said About Britney Spears
According to a report by the Daily Mail, the 15-year-old had spoken about his mother’s mental health. He said that he has “no hate” for her and that he believes 100% that it can be fixed. Jayden added that it will take a lot of time and effort, and just wants to see her doing better mentally. And when she gets better, he will want to see her again. Jayden also added why he and his older brother Sean Preston did not attend Britney Spears’ wedding to Sam Asghari. He said that at the time, it wasn’t a good time to go. But that doesn’t mean he’s not happy for her. While he’s happy for both of them, the rest of the family wasn’t invited, and he couldn’t see how that would’ve ended on good terms.
Britney’s Response
Britney Spears responded with a lengthy post, where she spoke about her struggles during the conservatorship which went on for years. She said that she hopes one day her children will understand her reasoning. She added that her love for her children has no boundaries and that it saddens her that she is not up to his expectations of a mother.
But before signing off, she spoke about mental health, telling her son to pick up a book and read it before even thinking of questioning her intellect. She said that she truly failed as a mother if her sons side with their grandparents after what they did to her.
Let’s hope Britney Spears and her sons patch up.
