New life, no horrors

Funimation

Season two of The Promised Neverland will follow the dramatic departure of Emma and the other children from Grace Field House after they had escaped from the so called “orphanage.” Everyone’s hearts hold a lot of promise as they prepare for the world outside which they’ve never seen, only to find out that more horrors await. We got to see some nail-biting cat and mouse games in season one with the children slowly discovering their situations and the darkness behind the smiles of their guardians. Season two will have a different setting and new characters.

So many mysteries are yet to be uncovered. Is Norman really dead? What is Phil’s situation since he was the only one left at the orphanage? And just who is this demon race that have been consuming the children at the orphanage? For those who can’t wait, the story is available in the manga, but for those who want to see the magic unfold on screen, prepare for it next month.
