Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D explores the journey of S.HI.E.L.D agents under the wing of Phil Coulson. The series is MCU’S first series. However, the show will come to an end with Season 7.
Neither MCU nor ABC has released an official airing date of the finale series. But the show has finished filming. So, it could be aired at the end of December or Winter 2020. Still, it is supposed that summer 2020 would end the long wait.
Indeed, San Diego Comic-con 2019 confirmed that Agents of SHIELD season 7 is to be the goodbye.
So, Agents of SHIELD season 7 will carry on with the story from the season 6 finale.
Clearly, Agents of SHIELD season 7is going to be a bang. The creative team would give a fitting farewell to the fans.

In particular, the Cronicoms would wreak havoc in season 7. Since attacking the Lighthouse leading Fitz and Simmons to escape, their goal is to settle Earth.
Because their home planet was destroyed by Sarge in killing Izel, thus, they see S.H.I.E.L.D as the only thing hurdle. So, they attempt to eradicate it.
Once Simmons barges with an upgraded Zephyr-One to save Mack, Yo-Yo, May, Daisy, and Deke from the Inca temple, however, they travel back in time.
It appears that Agents of SHIELD season 7 will travel to 1930s New York City, during the Prohibition Era. The duration of their time in the past is uncertain. But obviously, SHIELD now has time travel capabilities.
S.H.I.E.L.D is equipped with new gadgets and aliens to further their goal of Earth’s protection. However, the ending may turn out different.
The makers of the show are enthusiastic about the storyline. Jodd Whedon reveals that they ‘swung for the fence.’
Moreover, the same cast is set to return.
