During the latest Nintendo Direct presentation, Nintendo has made the big reveal. The sequel of the Deadly Premonition is titled as Deadly Premonition 2: A Blessing in Disguise. The developer of Deadly Premonition, Rising Star Games, is going to bring this classic cult series back with a direct sequel of the story.
Known for its campiness and weirdness, Deadly Premonition is a horror classic cult survivor game. Deadly Premonition was initially released for Xbox 360 in the year 2010.
It was announced the sequel of Deadly Premonition is going to come to Switch in the year 2020.
A part of the game of Deadly Premonition is set in 2019 in the town of Boston. The game follows FBI director Aaliyah Davis who ends up opening up one of the oldest serial killer cases. Aaliyah Davis’s pursuit of this serial killer opens up a door that leads to 14 years into the past to the city New Orleans along with a familiar face, Francis York Morgan, an FBI agent.
The FBI agent, Francis York Morgan, is the protagonist of the Deadly Premonition. Rising Star Games revealed that the present and past are going to collide into each other in what the developers called “a winding path.” The developers said that this path could be either filled with truth or absolute madness.
Neither Nintendo nor Rising Star Games have officially announced the release date of Deadly Premonition 2: A Blessing in Disguise.
