In NatGeo’s show ‘The World According to Jeff Goldblum,’ the leading star Jeff Goldblum claimed that he would not mansplain this time. The show is to have its premiere on November 12, on Disney+.
Jeffrey Lynn Goldblum is an actor and musician of American origin. Starring in films like ‘Jurassic Park’ (1993) and Independence Day (1996) and both their respective sequels, Jeff established himself to be one of the most renowned actors of his times. Some of his recent notable films are ‘The Life Aquatic with Steve Zissou’ (2004), ‘Le Week-End’ (2013), ‘The Grand Budapest Hotel’ (2014), ‘Thor: Ragnarok’ (2017), and many more. The short film ‘Little Surprises’ under his direction, was nominated for the ‘Academy Award for Best Live Action Short Film.’
In his new featured show, the title, “The World According to Jeff Goldblum,” itself portrays an inherent quality of mansplaining. According to Jeff, it is quite misleading. Recently, in Anaheim, while attending Disney’s annual cosplay meet of D23, the official fan-club of The Walt Disney, Jeff revealed the trailer of his new show. The series will span over 12 episodes and will be streamed on Disney+ from November 12. Not to forget, Goldblum’s attire in the event was worth mentioning; wearing a glamorous and dapper shirt pairing with an even more gorgeous and trendy tie, Jeff nailed his presence at the event.
In the trailer of “The World According Jeff Goldblum,” the actor was seen saying, “I am not here to be didactic or professorial in any way. I know nothing. That is the premise. I’m a humble student. Moreover, I am a late bloomer.” Pausing for a while after this, he continued “A late Goldblumer.”
