A wide range of viewers or almost everyone from all around the world uses the video streaming platform YouTube. Specially during this pandemic, the demand for YouTube has increased a lot, whether it be to learn any new skills or to watch some movies or series. It has become a kinda necessary part of everyone’s life.
On Wednesday, many YouTube users from different areas encountered trouble in playing videos on the platform. And this issue lasted for more than an hour. YouTube team acknowledged this issue on their official Twitter account.
The official Twitter page posted a tweet on wednesday 7:23 pm saying that if anyone is having problem in using their YouTube, them he/she is not a single person. Also they mentioned that they are aware of the issue and are working to solve it as soon as possible. Meanwhile they also made the users clear that all their doubts will be cleared on Twitter because they’ll be giving all the updates on the platform.
After about two hours they got back on Twitter and announced that the issue has been resolved for all devices and that they can use the YouTube service again. They also thanked the users for being patient and trusting them.
However, a gpogle spokesman said that there’s no additional details as of why the problem occurred. However, most of the people suffering from it were from UK, US, Australia, Mexico and South America. Most of the problems were reported when the users were watching some video at 7:00 pm on Wednesday and the problem finally got resolved at about 8:30 pm on the same day. The situation got YouTube famous as one of the best service providers and it got a lot of appreciation.
