Netflix is all set to turn Harlan Coben’s bestseller ‘The Stranger’ to an 8-episode long series!!
And Netflix has officially announced the release dates for the same. ‘The Stranger’ will premiere on Netflix on the 30th of January, 2020.
The cast includes ‘The Hobbit’ star Richard Armitage as the lead character Adam Price. Producers have an ensemble of talented stars like Hannah Jon-Kamen(Ant-Man and the Wasp Villain), Happy Valley’s Siobhan Finneran, etc. After a great run as Thoros of Myr in GOT, actor Paul Kaye will also be seen in ‘The Stranger’.
The series will feature the same story-line as the novel. The story is about Adam Price, with just the excellent life anyone would dream of – two great sons – a loving and peaceful marriage, until he has an unexpected meeting with a stranger who spills a frightful secret about Adam’s wife, Corinna.
And as the series progresses and Adam scrabbles about his wife’s secret, he soon understands that he’s been entwined in a dark conspiracy that would endanger the lives of his near and dear ones. The author of the novel Harlan Coben is also going to head in as the co-producer in this Netflix produced series.
