“Barely in my own body now”
Khloé Kardashian is defending herself on Twitter after some claims broke out.
During the 2021’s People’s Choice Awards held on December 7, The Keeping Up With the Kardashians alum, who had attended the event with her mom Kris Jenner and sister Kim Kardashian, had an “I don’t care” look on her face while Halle Berry made her acceptance speech for winning the People’s Icon award.

After Twitter users trolled her for making that face, Khloé Kardashian clarified herself, saying that it was disappointing that her face gave away that expression. She went on to praise Halle Berry, saying she is “such a force,” and is absolutely stunning and beyond talented. Then she came back to herself, saying, “I’m barely in my own body right now.” She urged the other users not to read into anything, and not to tear her apart because they assumed something.
Many then jumped to her side and congratulated Khloé Kardashian and the rest of the Kardashian household for winning the Best Reality Show of 2021 award. A user also expressed that she is sorry that Khloé had to read such nasty tweets, and hoped she had a wonderful night at the awards show. The 37-year-old responded positively to it.
What’s the reason?
So why was Khloé acting so indifferent at the awards show? It is expected to be due to her on-again, off-again boyfriend Tristan Thompson, who is also the father of her 3-year-old daughter, True. Tristan was sued just days ago by a woman named Maralee Nichols, claiming he impregnated her and needs to pay for the pregnancy and child-related expenses. It was then reported by E! News that Nichols gave birth to a boy on December 6.
A source revealed that Khloé is ignoring the drama and is only focusing on co-parenting. While she did give a hint about the matter in the tweet, nothing in detail has been expressed.
