Jin’s performance with Coldplay
BTS member Jin created history with his first solo performance alongside Coldplay on song “The Astronaut”. During Coldplay’s world tour, Music of the spheres in Buenos Aires, Argentina, he made a special appearance on stage.
He performed solo on “The astronaut” song which is written and composed by Coldplay. His first single performance was like a beautiful dream to audience’s ears. Soon after his first single’s release on 28 October, Friday topped on iTunes song charts in 97 countries, and the physical single album’s recording copies crossed 700,000 sales in first day.
And with this Jin became third solo k pop artist to surpass 7 lacs copies in sales on its first day.
Bangtan boys BTS, there’s not a single person who doesn’t know about BTS. A South Korean boy band of seven members who have worldwide fandom, it was formed in 2010 and debuted in 2013 under big hit entertainment. Its seven members contains RM, Jin, Suga, J-hope, Jimin and Jungkook. the fans of BTS are called Army.
Kim Seok-Jin, who is professionally known as Jin and referred as worldwide handsome by himself and his Army. Kim has released three solo tracks with BTS, and 29-year-old musician’s Band has been awarded with 17 Genie music and 28 Gold Disc Awards.
First Debut solo single
BTS’s Jin launched his first single solo debut on 28 October Thursday, which created a history. The BTS member previously informed his fans about his upcoming solo song through a video clip. And on Friday at Coldplay’s world tour stop, he made a special appearance and gave a mesmerizing performance by singing “The Astronaut” song.
The musician left his audience in the tears as it was his last performance before he joins military. on October 17, Big hit music confirmed that all the seven members of band will join military as it’s a mandatory service in South Korea.
