Gaming Movies are always a kind of hit and trial when it comes to the box office and the story also remains quite unstable as they need to choose the perfect story lineup, cast, and a perfect background too.
And it seems that “Uncharted” is also facing the same problem for some time but now there is nothing like that as Tom Holland who is playing the lead has confirmed that “the script has confirmed and it’s one of the best”.
The actor has also added that “If you never play video-games then also you will be able to enjoy the movie and after watching this, you will definitely start playing the game”. The movie has started working in 2008 and since then, it was able to change seven directors.
The sixth director Travis Knight was taken out of Sony’s project as Tom was unable to show himself at work due to his Spider-Man franchise. Others were unable to direct the movie as their schedule was unable to meet up with the project.
This time it’s Ruben Fleischer who has also worked in projects like Venom and Zombieland. Although other than the script nothing has been confirmed. The cast is in shambles, there is nothing confirmed with the cast and pretty much nothing is there to be made public.
So, Don’t get to hung up on the movie as things are pretty much still not confirmed and as it looks like there are still years to come when this movie will finally make it to theatres.
Shooting will start soon, however, dates not confirmed yet!
The movie is although a crown piece for the directors as Sony has invested a lot of time and money and with 7 directors being changed it’s quite a big deal. So, let’s see what awaits for them in the future.
