Sometimes how hard life may see all we need is a good song and someone who can listen to us. That’s what the case is all about from Orlando, Florida. A man very close to committing suicide from jumping off the ledge stopped by a woman named ‘Cristina Settanni.’
What happened on the ledge?
Cristina was driving to work on a 408 state road when she saw a man sitting on the ledge. At first, she decided to move on but later realized that she was also at that position someday and decided to go and talk to him. So she stopped his car and started walking to that man, she didn’t know what to say to him, so she went to him and started reciting the lyrics of Linkin Park’s ‘one more light’ song.
The woman further added that after hearing the lyrics, the man began to cry.
Shortly after, the police reached the site and pulled the man off the ledge. The man moves freely as he is not under arrest but sent to a mental health care center.
The man reportedly had taken this decision because of some bad choices and family problems.
The police told the news reporters that 95% of the time they get this kind of news it’s someone waiting for a tow truck, so they didn’t know what to expect.
