BTS is returning with a new album! The boy band’s agency Big Hit Music made the announcement on Twitter and Weverse, and also gave out the release date. They confirmed that BTS is indeed returning and the new album will drop on June 10, 2022. They added that additional details will be provided at a later date. The New Album and Video
Big Hit Music dropped a montage video on Twitter with the announcement. It was a montage video that showed RM, J-Hope, Suga, Jin, Jimin, Jungkook and V from their early performances to their most recent ones. It ended with the seven members saying “We are bulletproof” in unison, and the words flashed on screen. And finally, we got to see the release date 2022.06.10 in bold. Before making its way to Twitter, the video was revealed during their concert in Las Vegas. The band’s fourth and final day of their “Permission to Dance on Stage” concert took place at the Allegiant Stadium in Vegas.
With this, ARMY members started wondering if “We Are Bulletproof” is the title of the new album. In fact, the group has been teasing this new chapter for a while through different means, namely Korean magazines and news outlets. Yet it never rang a bell for the overseas fans.
BTS Nomination at the Grammys
The group got nominated for the Best Pop Duo/Best Performance category during the Grammy Awards last week. After all, their song Butter continues to slide past all the oppositions to reach the top of the Billboard Top 100.
