Ben Stiller and Christine Taylor are out & showing love again!
Game on, everyone! Ben Stiller and Christine Taylor went to a tennis tournament less than a month after they announced their reconciliation.
On August 30, Ben Stiller and Christine Taylor cheered as they watched Rafael Nadal battle Rinky Hijikata at the 2022 U.S. Open in New York. The couple, who rekindled their romance at the Arthur Ashe Stadium audience during the tournament after splitting in 2017, showed that love was more than just a tennis score by looking incredibly cuddly.
The married pair was featured briefly on the Jumbotron while bragging about their attendance at the game. They “appeared like a very sweet pair,” the insider remarked, and they were “excellent athletes.” The couple’s Tuesday outing comes a few weeks after they made it public that they had reconciled their four-year separation.
The outing comes six months after Ben, 56, said that he and Christine, 51, had reconciled when they were quarantining the actress and their children, Ella, 20, and Quinlin, 17. The Severance director described how his relationship with Christine “evolved” from ex-lovers to lovers once more when he moved back into their family home during COVID-19 lockdowns in an interview with Esquire that was published this February.
Lockdown helped Ben Stiller and Christine Taylor reconcile
During a lockdown due to the coronavirus outbreak, the Night at the Museum actor moved back in with Taylor and their children — son Quinlan, 16, and daughter Ella, 19 — and said in an interview with Esquire that was published last month, “Over time their relationship matured. He continued that they were separated and got back together, and they’re thrilled about that. He stated at the time that for all of them, it has been truly fantastic.
It was unexpected and one of the effects of the pandemic. He believes that both their differences and their similarities are respected. And he believes that when you embrace that, you can really enjoy someone because you’re not attempting to change them for you.
Before getting married in May 2000, Ben Stiller and Christine Taylor got to know one other while filming Heat Vision and Jack in 1999. They remained close as co-parents after announcing their separation in May 2017.

A source exclusively revealed to Us earlier this month that Ben has changed and is a totally different person now — lot more grown up and accepting of himself and his own peculiarities as well as others. He and Christine are incredibly thrilled about what the future holds, and they intend to treasure what they now have.
The Zoolander actor’s four-year separation was “a tremendous eye-opener,” the insider continued, adding that throughout the pandemic, Stiller concentrated on self-evaluation to “stop sweating the small stuff.”
