A few weeks ago, Tom Clancy’s Ghost Recon Breakpoint collaborated with the Predator. Now, this game will have an event featuring The Terminator movie. Ubisoft announced that it has made a partnership with StudioCanal. It will feature missions having settings, enemies and dialogues inspired by the original 1984 movie.
The first event will be available from January 29, 9 am GMT. AS per the french game makers, it is playable on PC, PS4, Xbox One and Google Stadia, a new generation gaming platform. The first event will run till February 6. Another event will come out on February 1.
What will happen in the event?
During the event, players have to team up and rescue a woman named Rasa Aldwin. She has come from the future in order to stop Terminator’s plans. The event can be played in solo mode or co-op one. Also, players can face challenging T-800 cyborgs in daily warfare and interception missions.
Upon completing missions of the first event, players will get rewards with exclusive items inspired by The Terminator. It includes the movie’s iconic punk outfit, and also new exclusive Terminator weapons and vehicles. In addition to the rewards, players could further customise their Ghosts with two Terminator-inspired packs. It will allow players to fully transform into the Terminator or Kyle Reese in the game.
This live event from The Terminator comes as part of Tom Clancy’s Ghost Recon Breakpoint’s Episode I. It will follow the launch of the first raid in franchise history as well as a series of free updates which will bring major improvements to the game.
There will come more updates in the game in the coming future months. A commitment is made in the Moving Forward letter in order to expand the game and improve its content on the basis of the feedback they will receive from the players.
